Daily Word has been in continuous publication since 1924. I am honored to serve as its editor and to carry on the tradition of presenting spiritual truths in practical terms that can be applied to everyday living. I am also a writer and blogger, posting articles on self-awareness and spiritual living to The Huffington Post and touching base with fans of Daily Word on Twitter. A native of southern California, I now live in Missouri with my husband and two sons.

Meet Your Cruise Coordinators:

Denise Blake, Network Manager, Unity Online Radio

As the network manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations of network, support hosts and listeners as necessary, and work with new hosts to prepare for new season launches. The hosts bring fresh content each week, and it is my pleasure to support them in getting this message out to listeners. In addition to my role at the network, I am a wife, mother, friend and yoga enthusiast.

Role on the ship…My role on the ship will be much the same as my role at the network—to support the hosts and the listeners. I will be coordinating a variety of on-board programming that is sure to offer something for everyone—uplifting music, inspiring messages and peaceful meditations woven together to nourish your spirit as we travel the eastern Caribbean.

A restaurant critic and travel writer for more than 25 years, my love of travel, food and grand old ocean liners started when I was a kid. After contributing to various publications over the years, I started CruiseGourmet.com Magazine in 2001. Ever since, I have been sailing the Seven Seas as Editor-in-Chief of my very own online travel publication and helping to produce fundraising cruises for nonprofit organizations.

Role on the ship…On the ship, I will serve as your tour conductor. As such, I will act as your group liaison with the cruise ship staff to ensure your cruise experience is everything it should be. I will help Denise and the radio hosts coordinate group activities and optional shore trips. If you have any cruise related questions or problems during the trip, I will be there to resolve them.
