On this episode, Dr. Higgins teaches us how an effective detox program does more than just address the liver or colon. We must detox and drain, and start with the brain and nervous system, the extracellular space (the area between the cells) then move onto the liver with an activation phase, and then a conjugation (attachment) and elimination phase. She then has you ask the hard questions: Who am I? Am I living my best life? Am I surrounding myself with people who help me to live my best life? Am I exploring all life has to offer? Am I living in harmony with a higher power?
