Wellness Simplified

Program Overview

Wellness Simplified is a down-to-earth approach for achieving optimal health and wellness. Each week Dr. Suka explains the underlying cause of symptoms and disorders and shares simple, natural approaches for obtaining relief. Her method, called Primary Brain Repair, is the first response for optimal health and wellness. It includes biochemical rebalancing of brain chemistry using amino acids, neuronutrients, and healthy nutrition, along with exercise and chronic stress relief. Find out how to obtain natural relief from anxiety, insomnia, depression, weight issues, aches, pains, addictions, and more, plus how to prevent or delay dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Primary Brain Repair can relieve or reduce up to 95 percent of all illness and disease, without medication. If advanced treatment is necessary, the results will be more effective with Primary Brain Repair.

Join Dr. Suka each week for up-to-date information on symptom relief, supplements, healthy eating tips, and stress-reducing exercises. Good health isn’t rocket science, and it’s a lot more fun. Fast-paced, informative, simple, and effective. Let Dr. Suka answer your questions and show you how to improve your health.
