Wellness Simplified is a down-to-earth approach for achieving optimal health and wellness. Rev. Suka  Chapel-Horst
Dr. Suka” has more than 40 years’ experience as a registered nurse in mental health, criminal justice, addictions, and wellness education. She is an interfaith minister and former hospital chaplain. She is the author of “Why Do I Feel This Way?” Natural Healing for Optimal Health, Relief from Moods and Depression and How to Quit Drinking for Good and Feel Good, along with several other books and DVDs. She is the originator of “Primary Brain Repair,” a first-response program for all health issues.

Dr. Suka is the owner of Brainworks Recovery, a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to educating and consulting on how to achieve optimal health through Primary Brain Repair.

She is also the owner and director of Brainworks Alcohol Recovery, offering a complete do-it-yourself, at home recovery program using a biochemical approach, which includes individual coaching and support.

Dr. Suka consults with clients internationally and is a national speaker.
