George and Sedena Cappannelli are founders of AgeNation, a company that provides inspiration, information, engagement, and solutions for older GenXers, Boomers, Elders, and young people who want to better prepare for the future they will soon inherit. They are also coauthors of the award-winning book Do Not Go Quietly: A Guide to Living Consciously and Aging Wisely for People Who Weren’t Born Yesterday. Sedena has worked as a film and television actress and a theatrical and television producer.
