George Cappannelli
George and Sedena Cappannelli are founders of AgeNation, a company that provides inspiration, information, engagement, and solutions for older GenXers, Boomers, Elders, and young people who want to better prepare for the future they will soon inherit. They are also coauthors of the award-winning book Do Not Go Quietly: A Guide to Living Consciously and Aging Wisely for People Who Weren’t Born Yesterday. They are experts on societal, organizational, and individual transformation, with two previous books, Say Yes to Change and Authenticity.
 
George and Sedena have had the privilege of working with some of the leading organizations in the world, a number of world leaders, and thousands of individuals in the public who attend their transformational and inspirational workshops
and conferences.
 
George is also an Emmy-winning television producer and director, an award-winning sculptor, and the author of a number of other nonfiction books, including I Dream of a New America, Recapturing the Heart and Soul of Our Nation, and It’s About Time. He is also the author of The Osax Trilogy, three new novels about art, love, and spiritual transformation.
 
Sedena has worked as a film and television actress and a theatrical and television producer. She is the founder and president of Enlivened Ageing, an organization that offers unique wellness and self-empowerment talks and programs to women and men around the world. She is also the creator of P.E.P. (Personal Energy Program), a new, groundbreaking personal wellness DVD, available at AgeNation, and more information at EnlivenedAgeing.com. Sedena is at work on Enlivened Ageing: Beauty Inside and Out, the book, and her S.E.L.F. Skills Workbook.
